My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were exactly as shown in the hotel official photos, but there were cleanliness issues like dust, a dirty phone, and a poorly draining bathtub; also, the microwave was missing despite being advertised on the website. On the bright side, the service was extremely nice and accommodating, with the assistant manager going above and beyond. The location was convenient for our plans, being close to where we needed to go. The dining experience was a bit crowded but still good overall.
